Our villa is situated in historical city center, close to the city port, the beach and the Piazza. It has three floors. Ground floor consists of the fully equipped kitchen, the bathroom, spacious living room and a lovely yard with jacuzzi. Stairs take you to the first floor which consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a balcony. On the second floor you can find bedroom with a bathroom, kitchen, living room, and a terrace with a fantastic view on city center, sea and beautiful archipelago.

In the 'white part' here are three spacious floors with 140 m2. Newly built fully enclosed luxury villa close to the beach with a large illuminated heated swimming pool and sauna. For private use: rectangular swimming pool, heated (8 x 3 m, 150 cm deep, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 31.Oct.) Bookable on request: pool heating EUR 150.00 per week (payable at location). Use of the sauna with extra cost of 150.-€ per week, to be paid on spot. The sauna is open every day from 17:00 to 20:00 h.

NETFLIX is also availlable to our guests. If coming by car you have a garage space for use. You can reach the beautiful old town of Hvar and its lovely sights by making a 10 minute walk over the promenade and enjoying the weather.
