It comes with a kitchen fully stocked but the condo is only a short drive away from many of the local's favorite restaurants like Freddy's Mexican Food, Simmzy's, or Pacific Hideaway. If you’re in the mood for some authentic Asian food, Phuoc Loc Tho is only 8.1 miles away. Pets are also welcome! $75 pet fee per pet. AC in both bedroom & living room.

Sun bathe on the deck in the Summer, catch some waves, rinse off in our outdoor shower, stroll along the shore at sunset, and enjoy barbecuing on the patio. We have Spectrum Cable, WiFi, Bluetooth Soundbar, heat and AC in each room, 1 parking spot and free street parking. *Note: during Winter months, the city builds a sand berm front of homes. After exploring the area come back and relax in your own comfortable private retreat. Convenient street parking is always available right in front of the property. There is a $50 fee for Pets.

It has private entrance (front door and back door) with 1 reserved parking right at the back door. Peaceful place to stay, quiet neighborhood, total appr 250 sq ft .

The home also has a entertainment/den room with a bar and 75 inch television. Great for additional guest to lounge around with additional privacy.
