The bungalow is minutes away from the town centre on foot with easy access to the Royal Welsh Showground. It's the ideal base for enjoying nearby beauty spots (being roughly half way between the Brecon Beacons National Park & the Elan Valley). A maximum of 2 small dogs would be very welcome.

The house is ideally placed on Church Street, with views of the church and open countryside at the rear, yet is only a short walk from the centre of town. Saddleback Bungalow is on the grounds of a working farm and is surrounded with the most stunning walks either straight from the front door or a short drive away, then on your return why not cuddle up in front of the log burner.

It serves as ancillary accommodation to the owner’s house and is located ten miles between Hay-on-Wye and Builth Wells. Please note: Electric vehicle charging is not available on site.

Ty-Nesa, a holiday cottage near Hay-on-Wye

Ty-Nesa means ‘the next house’ in Welsh. It is a small cottage, approximately 200 years old, located in the hills four miles from Hay-on-Wye. It has stunning views of the Black Mountains and across Herefordshire, with the Malvern Hills visible in the distance on a clear day.
