The bungalow is unique as it has an extra seating area to relax and look over the lake especially on sunset. Lake Bennett is supplied with safe drinkable bore water throughout the home. Access to spa and bar-b-que area. Fully furnished with TV, dishwasher, microwave, hot plate and pantry. Secure parking and WiFi.

'The Ringers Cottage' Rural Retreat

Enjoy the tranquility of tropical rural living in a stand-alone cottage, with a fully fenced garden, located at the front of a 5 acre property. Just off the Arnhem highway, the cottage is close to shops and is a gateway to Kakadu, popular fishing locations as well as being close to Litchfield and other attractions. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, a well stocked bookshelf and lots of board games for you to enjoy. A great place for you to relax and unwind.

Newley renovated, you have a fully equipped kitchen, bbq, air conditioning and use of water activities to keep the family entertained. Nespresso machine is available for the coffee lovers, BYO pods, small Starbucks pods from Woolworths are compatible. The home has wifi and a great DVD selection.
