This modern villa is located in the private part of Vistabella Golf. Both modern, bright, fully equipped and on one level, it is unique for families. Very quiet and only 20 minutes from the white sand beaches. Cafés, restaurants and mini-market open 7 days a week are 200m away. The house is located 35 minutes from Alicante airport, next to Los Montesinos and San Miguel de Salinas. The "Zénia" shopping center is 15 minutes away.

Casa de la Montaña

House with unobstructed sea views, 200 meters from the beach. The house is ideally located, very quiet, and comfortable (renovated in 2022). There are stairs: four steps from the dining room to the living room, and the bedrooms/bathrooms are on the lower floor. Access between the parking area and the house is via a pedestrian path in good condition, but not suitable for people with reduced mobility (approximately 50 meters).
