This custom home was designed to take in the beauty of nature and unwind from daily life. Country contemporary style and beautiful views greet you inside. Enjoy a beverage on the back deck, get cozy by the fireplace, or sleep while gazing at the stars with two skylights above your bed. There is a 200' gravel pathway to the front door.

Ideal for groups up to 10 (additional charges apply for more than 6 guests) to relax in a natural setting. Optional 5th bedroom unlocked for 7+ guests OR with additional fee. Lake House is 2100 sq ft with indoor fireplace, outdoor fire pit, and Weber gas grill. NOTE: Lake level varies . Waterfront ONLY when level is high but sometimes cove and boat dock are dry. Please see ALL photos. Dogs welcome with $50 fee. Tiny House and Barndo on adjoining lots can accommodate more guests if rented.

Newly renovated home in quiet cul-de-sac 19 minutes from downtown. Each bedroom has a bathroom and walk in closet. Master bedroom has a California King and second bedroom has a Queen. Both bedrooms are on the second floor. We have a roll in bed in the garage as well as a large couch that can be used for the 5th and 6th guest. Only guests are permitted. No extra visitors, parties or events. Violations may result in cancellation without refund. Neighborhood quiet hours are 10pm to 8am.

Sunrise Casita Guest House at Hudson Bend Ranch

Sunrise Casita is a 600 sq ft private studio-style guest house with two queen beds, one full bath, and kitchenette. It is private, safe, and quiet, and offers access to all of the shared outdoor space of Hudson Bend Ranch. Bathed in sunlight at sunrise, the Sunrise Casita porch is a great place to start your morning drinking coffee, watching the wild birds, and even encounter our family of deer on the ranch. The porch has vintage lawn chairs, a Weber gas grill, fire pit, and picnic table.

There is a $100 pet fee per stay. The pet fee goes to the cleaning service to clean/deodorize and remove fur, etc., that the pet may leave behind.
