All in a secluded, private setting minutes from town!

Enjoy total relaxation at this lakefront condo at The Pointe in Mariners Landing, which sleeps up to 4 adults and 2 children! Resort amenities include indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, beach, playground, free mini arcade, fitness center, tennis, pickle ball, hiking/walking trails, and discounted golf fees. Boats (seasonal) and boat slips are available to rent. On-site dining and nearby shopping. The HOA charges $30/night resort fee. Bring your own beach towels and linens for the Pack-n-Play.

Relax in the efficiency space offering kitchen, queen bed and walk-in shower. The couch pulls out to a queen bed. A few steps from your door is a saltwater pool with views of the lake. Bath/Kitchen towels provided, but NOT SHEETS. Smart TV for streaming and Xfinity high speed internet. NO Boat/Trailer parking at the condo. Parkway Marina charges $10 for the first day and $6 for additional days to put in, take out and park boat/trailer. We are located 2 minutes (.7 miles) from Parkway Marina.
