Cottage Hideaway in Brigadoon

Relax and enjoy the peace and tranquility in the beautiful cottage on our 13-acre property where kangaroos roam freely and occasionally you might see an echidna. Wild ducks and long neck turtles live in our dam, which during the winter months overflows and cascades down the hill into a roaring waterfall which can be heard from the cottage. There is an abundance of birds; kookaburras, galahs, magpies, parrots, blue wrens to name just a few. Our property is NOT suitable for children or infants.

For the mountain bikers there's a railway heritage trail (Kep Track) at the end of the street. The Swan Valley is a 20 min drive away, or maybe hit the local for a pub lunch.

The property is on the Swan View escarpment, giving sweeping westerly views and captures amazing Sunsets that turn the skies an amazing Vermillion Red. Next door to John Forrest National Park, and don't forget to check out the many hiking and heritage trails. Just a 12 minute drive to the Swan Valley Restaurants and Wineries, and Caversham Wildlife Park. Regrettably children under the age of 12 are not allowed.

Villa Sittella has all the features needed for a comfortable home away from home stay. Many local activities including walking and biking tracks and popular Lake Leschenaultia. There are beds for 4 people with 2 extra on the sofa bed downstairs if needed. Perfect for a small family group or couple. Private spa area and sauna can be booked at extra cost

This is a fully self contained private Studio Apartment. It is part of an enormous house which consists of Merino Manor, 3br unit plus Perendale Penthouse, 4br unit. Combined the three units can accomodate 22 guests It has a well set up kitchen with pantry, four element electric stove, good sized fridge and freezer, large comfy lounge and enough crockery and cutlery to cater for up to six people in case you have visitors call in.
