There is plenty of room for you and your guests with the 5 bedroom, & 2.5 bathroom two-story layout. Conveniently located in the downtown area to hit up shops, restaurants, breweries. A short walk or ride to the amazing hiking and biking trails of Hot Springs and the Northwoods!

We don’t charge if you bring your pet, but we ask that you only bring up to two pets. Please note that parties/large gatherings are not allowed.

Our condo is centrally located just off Central Ave., the main street through Hot Springs, 7 mins from Oaklawn racetrack and casino and just 14 mins from downtown. It is freshly updated. Enjoy fine dining close by or in the historic downtown district, or have a cold brew at one of the local microbreweries. One last note, although our condo is on the first floor, there are 12 steps down to the front door.
