Private self-contained guest suite with its own entrance in a quiet neighbourhood near Tahunanui Beach and Nelson Airport. Comfortable bedroom, tidy bathroom with shower over bath, and practical kitchenette with cooking facilities. Private patio and BBQ, Wi-Fi and off-street parking included. Five minutes’ drive to the beach and cafés, 10 minutes to Nelson city, and the Great Taste Trail passes nearby. Suite is adjacent to our family home, so normal daytime household sounds may be heard.

Own bathroom, Private deck & BBQ area Great views, close to down town, beach, airport & main routes.

A cozy one bedroom apartment attached to the rear of our house with its own entrance and driveway situated in Hope Richmond we are a few minutes away from Richmond town Centre and about 20 minutes from Nelson city right next to the cycleway the apartment is a one bedroom with queen bed lounge with TV table and chairs and your own shower and toilet there is no cooking facilities but we do provide fridge freezer microwave toaster and tea coffee and sugar is supplied
