New opened in September, 2022. It is close to Hongdae Main Street, 3 minute from Exit 7 of Hongik University Station. It's newly opened, so it's clean and you can use the 6th floor alone. There is also an elevator in the building. It has a bedroom with two queen-sized beds, a spacious living room, a neat kitchen and toilet, and a balcony, and it has good lighting. It is an accommodation optimized for Hongdae tourism with a view overlooking the main street of Hongdae and various amenities nearby.

Station Airport Railroad & Line 2 & Gyeongui Line/10 min walk Gyeongui Line Forest Park/7 min walk Free WI-FI The studio is close to Hongik University Main Street and has many convenience facilities such as trendy restaurants, cafes, bars, pubs, and parks nearby, while it is located in a quiet residential area, providing a relaxing and good environment for music and reading books. It's reopened after Corona. I hope you will bring a lot of good memories during your stay in Korea.

Minimal yet warm with bright yellow accents, the studio is equipped with a full kitchen, fridge, washer(that has dryer function), AC, floor heating(even in the bathroom), a full bathroom, a Queen size bed(1500mm width), a spacious work station/table(1400mm width), and other meticulous amenities you may need. Located on the first floor of a 4 story house building (where my family lives on the top floor) with a separate entrance for you.

This place is have 2 big park view windows, cozy and super clean space. It's a very bright room with warm sunlight all day. It is located just 15 seconds walk from Exit 6 of Hongik University station.
