A Room In The Park

A truly special hideaway in a unique location within the walls of Holkham Park. The characterful, timber barn dates from 1880 and has been sympathetically renovated to provide a spacious, stylish and comfortable studio room with en suite shower, wood burning stove and garden. Within easy waking distance of Holkham Village, beach and NNR and the picturesque town of Wells-next-the-Sea. Continental style breakfast included. 3 night min stay July and August. 2 night minimum at all other times.

The Felloes, Burnham Thorpe - 2 bedroom bungalow

Situated in the heart of the picturesque village of Burnham Thorpe, the place of Nelson's birth, the recently refurbished bungalow offers the perfect place to relax and explore the very best of the stunning North Norfolk Coast. It has a large garden and is just a minute's walk from the village pub, where Nelson used to drink. Burnham Market is a mile away and the beautiful beaches of Overy, Holkham, Brancaster and Wells are not much further. Any season, this can be your perfect Norfolk base.

Characterful seaside cottage by the quay

This is our family holiday home where we unwind and relax and hope our guests will do that too. It is a typical fisherman's cottage minutes from the quay with a front courtyard to watch the sunset and the boats. It has a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of books, and board games. Shops, restaurants, great walks, and nearby parking. PLEASE NOTE: we don't offer linen and towels but please ask if difficult. ALSO, the ceiling on the top floor is very low being under the roof so please be careful.

THE BRICKMAKER'S RETREAT- Large & Cosy Safari Tent

Our large safari tent is more like a lodge as it has a raised wooden floor, large windows and a woodburning stove inside. The retreat is close to 3 beaches and walking distance from Holkham Hall. It is on a Wild Campsite so you'll get close to nature and experience a forgotten Norfolk Brickyard. You’ll love the seclusion, the peace and quiet and the rest of the campsite. The Brickmaker's Retreat is a beautiful place for couples, small families with 2 kids or great for a group of 4 friends.

East Flint ~ Cosy North Norfolk Cottage

A peaceful and cosy two-bedroomed traditional flint cottage in a gorgeous countryside location just 5 miles from the stunning North Norfolk beaches and coastal walks. The interior design is thoughtful & charming, with vintage touches and luxurious details including Egyptian cotton linens, underfloor heating and wood burning stove. The quirky shops, fishmongers and deli of Burnham Market are a short drive away and there's a great selection of local pubs and incredible beaches to choose from.

Hobbit house located on the North Norfolk coast.

Get ready for your romantic stay at Bag End Hobbit house. Bag End is located within one mile of the coastal path and central for the beaches of Wells, Holkham and Blakeney point. Our Hobbit house has one full size bedroom and a smaller bedroom for a little hobbit. Up to 2 extra guests can stay in the cosy seperate bedroom hut at £25pp per night. There is a seperate bathroom and washing up area with hot and cold water. The hot tub can be used for an additional charge of £65 per whole stay.

Romantic, cosy Wells cottage, close to harbour

Grey Goose cottage is close to Wells harbour. You'll love the house because of the location and the ambiance. There are a variety of shops and great restaurants only a very short walk away. As soon as you step out of the door you will smell the sea in the air and hear the cry of the seagulls. The cottage is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with children), and furry friends (£20 pet fee). One dog allowed; please keep dogs off furniture and downstairs.

Skylark Cottage - a moment’s walk from Wells Quay

Skylark Cottage is a beautiful 3 storey 3 bedroom period cottage with first floor south facing balcony right in the heart of Wells-next-the-Sea. There is a wonderful south facing patio with a six seater table and chairs to enjoy a coffee or glass of wine. The ground floor has a covered porch, open plan sitting/dining room with a newly fitted log burner. The first floor has a master bedroom with French doors leading out onto a full width south facing balcony with rattan furniture.

The Loft, Wells-next-the-Sea

The Loft is a spacious penthouse apartment in Wells-next-the-Sea with fabulous saltmarsh views and allocated parking for one car. Wells Quay is a 5 min stroll away where you can discover an array of independent coffees shops, restaurants and shops. The Loft welcomes families with children over the age of 5, and is able to be booked with Driftwood (first floor 2 bed apartment) should you wish for large groups to get together to explore the beautiful North Norfolk coastline.
