Se cuenta con vigilancia y área de estacionamiento. El malecón se encuentra a 25 minutos caminando o 10 en auto. Existe la opción de transporte público o bien el servicio de Uber económico. El complejo está a una cuadra de la playa pero actualmente esta se encuentra erosionada. Ideal para descansar.
