Only a mere 3 minutes stroll to witness Sunset Point's stunning sunsets! Soak up the picturesque views of the Southern Alps, Mount Cook and the untamed Hokitika beach. The CBD is a short 2 minutes walk where you can immerse yourself in local cafes, restaurants, boutique shops, craft galleries, copper, gold, glass and pounamu studios.

Hokitika Haven

Relax in our 1 bedroom apartment with large open plan kitchen, dining & living area. Bedroom has a queen bed & also a single bed. Heat pump, gas powered hot water along with Sky TV, Sky Sports, Sky Movies and Wifi. Smart TV gives you access to online content as well as Netflix plus more. 50 inch Smart TV's in both the lounge and bedroom. 2 minute stroll to the Glowworm dell in one direction and the beach in the other direction. Easy, flat walk to town approx. 1.5km away. Private parking.

Old Bank Villa 7 Hamilton Street

Enhance your holiday and enjoy the comfort and class of yesteryear. This turn of the century villa has been thoughtfully and artistically restored. Modern handmade stained glass windows, unique furniture and original artworks elevate this historic bank managers home in central Hokitika. The building is split into two large, self-contained, two bedroom apartments with hotel quality linen on king and queen beds. The Nest at Hurunui Jacks (outdoor bath & firepit)

So much more than a place to sleep - toast marshmallows around a private fire, take a bike on the West Coast Wilderness trail, kayak on our little lake! The Nest is a stand alone self contained unit with outdoor bath/shower, close to but separate from the main house. Set on 15 acres of private land, Hurunui Jacks has the Nest and a glamping tent nestled in beautiful West Coast native bush. A small private lake, historic water race & the Kaniere River are on your doorstep.

Our modern 3 bed house is newly renovated, and a 5 minute walk to the centre of Hokitika where you can find all sorts of treasures, from a range of great cafes and Restaurants, to Pounamu (Greenstone or Jade), a movie theatre, and a range of very stylish shops, with everything from clothes, jewellery, souvenirs, flowers, and hardware. If you walk through town you can stroll right onto the beach, where you can sometimes spot seals, little blue penguins and other wildlife.

The Old Bakery

Newly renovated two-bedroom apartment in the heart of Hokitika, thoughtfully transformed from one of the town’s original bakeries. Just a 5–10 minute stroll to local restaurants and the beach. Enjoy a spacious lounge, fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, and outdoor patio. Sleeping includes one queen, two singles, and an optional fold-out stretcher perfect for families. The house is uniquely situated in Kaniere, Hokitika - 600 metres to the Wilderness Bike Trail, walking tracks and 5 minutes drive to the township. A private backyard overlooks neighbouring farmland and native birdlife, flaxes and pungas to the north. Enjoy sitting outside and watching the Tui's eating the flax seeds in season.

Mamaku Hideaway - with outdoor bath

Nestled in native bush, Mamaku Hideaway is a private one-bedroom tiny home for two. Relax with full kitchen, bathroom, and a large covered deck. Cozy up around the fire pit and make some s’mores. With a secluded outdoor bath surrounded by bush views, and private short walking tracks through ferns right on your doorstep. Just 5 minutes from town, yet a world away - your perfect retreat in nature.

The Church House

This older style 3- bedroom home doesnt get any closer to Hokitika township. Located right in the CBD, it is a couple hundred metres from every amenity you need....the beach, restaurants, New World, shops etc etc. It has a large private backyard, with seating, fireplace and BBQ area. Please note: this house DOES NOT have a table & chairs and dishwasher.
