Majast 250 meetri kaugusel asub liivarand, mis sobib nii ujumiseks kui SUP lauaga sõitmiseks. Poolsaare teisel küljel asuv rand (800 meetrit majast) on hea koht lohesurfiks.

Majas on ruumikas ja valgusküllane köök-elutuba, 2 eraldi magamistuba, sauna eesruum, duširuum, leiliruum ning WC. Lisaks II korrusel eraldi sissepääsuga rõduga tuba. Lisatasu eest kümblustünni kasutamine (etteteatamisega, hind ja tingimused kokkuleppel).
