Enjoy a cosy getaway in this charming, boutique shepherd's hut with private garden in the grounds of a historic thatched cottage. Conveniently located for exploring Cambridge and surrounding area, with free parking onsite, a frequent bus or an easy cycle to the city centre, and several excellent cafés, pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance. Bicycles are available free of charge. Every stay with us helps to fund the much-needed restoration of our Grade-II listed cottage. Thank you!

The Orchard Apartment

The Orchard studio apartment offers spacious accommodation; own entrance hall, shower/bathroom, kitchenette including, air fryer, hot plate, microwave, toaster, kettle, slow cooker, sink. Also large living/sleeping room, Juliette balcony with open views over stunning countryside. We are located in the quiet historic village of Landbeach, situated about 4 miles north of Cambridge Center and 2 miles from the Cambridge Science Park. Landbeach offers excellent links to the M11, A14 (A1) and the A10.

Private split level apartment, comprised of three large rooms, in Chalet Bungalow in a truly unique location overlooking Village Green and Watercourse, centrally located with numerous shops, pubs and quality places to eat very close by. This is a good candidate for those relocating to the area and perhaps waiting for a permanent residence, or business user, perhaps wanting weekday accommodation. Or just a base for those on a short break in the area or perhaps visiting family or friends nearby.

We are located in the quiet conservation Village of Landbeach just North of the City of Cambridge, and just 3.7 miles from the renowned Cambridge Science Park & Business Park offering excellent links to M11, A14 (A1) and the A10 The City of Ely is 11 miles up the A10 The Park & Ride is 1.5miles away offering frequent busses into the city centre. (every ten minutes)

The buildings fell into major disrepair and neglect, but have now been restored by the estates new owners to create exceptional accommodation in magical, natural surroundings.

This beautifully designed space features a king-sized bed and plush sofa, complemented by underfloor heating and black-out blinds, ensuring a cozy atmosphere. This garden retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort and tranquility with a private outdoor seating area. Parking is not available on the premises however parking areas nearby can be recommended.

Annexe No 9 is a bright, modern and very well equipped apartment in an excellent location. Close to the centre of Cambridge, The Annexe is ideally suited for short or longer term stays, for both leisure and business traveller. Superbly equipped, with free private parking and a private garden with lawn and patio, this apartment will be a very comfortable choice. Only three miles from the historic town centre, Annexe No 9 is ideally placed for both work and tourism.

The Garden House in Impington, Cambridge

The Garden House is a quite new, single level, contemporary-style house. It has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and fully equipped kitchen/living room. Bi-fold doors open onto the patio area and garden. The house sits in its own private garden and has parking for 2 cars. There is also an outbuilding (with tumble dryer and ironing facilities). The house is a calm oasis but only a few minutes from Cambridge and the Science Park.

The Burrow

A tiny but thoughtfully renovated ground floor and self contained annexe, with the design taking inspiration from a shepherd’s hut to make the most of this cosy space. It has its own entrance to the side of the house using a keysafe so you may come and go as you please. There is parking for one car on the driveway directly in front of the accommodation. Welcome Tray provided. We are unable to accept children and pets.

The Old Stables, Whitehall Farmhouse, Oakington

The Old Stables studio is set in the spacious grounds of a listed 17th Century farmhouse. The studio is newly converted and provides accommodation for 2 guests, 1 Double bed, offering comfortable open plan living, with free wi-fi, off road parking, and the use of attractive garden areas.
