A modern, cosy garden studio on the edge of the Cotswolds, in the heart of the Vale of Evesham. Cheltenham, Worcester & Stratford Upon Avon are just a short drive away, making this is the perfect retreat without paying expensive Cotswold prices. The studio is built to the highest of standards at the bottom of my landscaped garden & includes underfloor heating, new furniture and basic cooking facilities. It also has a private garden area making it the perfect place to relax whatever the season.

Iconic 17th Century Thatched Cottage

Enjoy the beautiful garden in the summer sunshine or hunker down next to the fire in the winter, Hoo Cottage has it all! It is one of the few thatched Cotswold Stone properties, tucked away in the idyllic village of Chipping Campden. We have done our best to bringing out the distinctive character of this historic property, while furnishing it in a luxurious rustic style. The history of the cottage is still up to debate. However, we have found evidence of it playing a role as the village bakery.

The galley kitchen is fully equipped, the flagstoned lounge is complete with a log burner and the main bedroom has a kings size bed and feather everything!. Our self-contained ground floor studio apartment is for two and is one of two units . It offers a comfortable retreat, workspace, or base for exploring. The kitchenette has a fridge, microwave, hot plate, toaster, and mini-oven for convenient meal & drink preparation. Enjoy a modern bathroom with an electric shower. Relax with a king-size bed, sofas, table & chairs and a log burner for cold nights. The studio has a private entrance through a shared corridor with the upstairs apartment.

The Old Wash House is a grade 2 listed building. It has been sympathetically restored using reclaimed materials wherever possible to create luxury boutique style accommodation. The village of Bretforton is on the edge of the North Cotswolds. It is a short drive from Broadway and Chipping Campden, Stratford upon Avon, Cheltenham and Tewkesbury It is a 5 minute walk away, the award winning Fleece Inn. A basic continental breakfast comprising granola, bread yogurt etc.

The Woodshed

We are located in the countryside but within easy reach of Cheltenham, Stratford-on-Avon, the Cotswolds, the Malverns and Worcester. We are a working farm at the foot of Bredon Hill, just over one mile from the local village which has a great pub. There are many great walks and cycle routes around and we also have a large pond which is great for fishing in or relaxing by. The Woodshed is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with children).
