DevilRock Bungalows features two distinct accommodations, SAND and OCEAN, both located in the same charming house, which was once the old teachers' house in Kapparathota, where children used to gather for Sunday school. Newly renovated in late 2024 and early 2025, both bungalows offer modern comforts while retaining their unique charm. Although they share a common structure, each bungalow provides total privacy and offers a unique ambiance, making them feel like two worlds apart. This is SAND!

A European owned, self catering beach house in a secluded bay in Thalaramba, just minutes from lively Mirissa and offering stylish accommodation. Perfect for a couple in the master bedroom and the newly revamped second bedroom has twin single beds for 2 children or 2 single adults. Tastefully decorated in Sri Lankan colonial style with separate sitting room and well equipped kitchen. Fibre wifi connection with 100 mbps for those working as digital nomads. A wonderful villa by the ocean located in a very relaxing and peaceful side of Hikkaduwa. The villa is one of the very few private houses on the Hikkaduwa beach. It is a fully furnished private house with 3 bedrooms with attached bathrooms, a kitchen, living area, maintenance room and terrace. Bedrooms have AC-s and ceiling fans, living room, kitchen and terrace have ceiling fans. A gorgeous swimming pool by the beach and the tropical dream view of the Indian Ocean few steps away!

A jewel box of a Fort house, with a courtyard at its heart, a flowery roof terrace overlooking the Indian ocean at its head and a walled garden as it’s back gate. This 18th Century Dutch merchant's house is stylishly presented and with many of the original architectural features restored, Asian antiques and the owners passion for turquoise. The garden gate leads onto the Fort Ramparts , the lighthouse and beach below. The house is solar powered and not affected by power cuts.
