The house is set in 100 acres of land from shoreline to hill loch. The spacious open-plan living area contains a very well-equipped kitchen and dining area where you can dine under the stars. The cosy lounge has a wood-burning stove and patio doors onto the front terrace with stunning views. Gorgeous bathrooms and very comfortable large beds.

A twist on the more conventional ‘pod’, the cabin features a curved wood interior entered from an arched doorway in front of which is situated a perfectly appointed king sized bed with amazing views of the Trottenish Ridge and the croft (farmland) that surrounds the property. Nochty Studio is a eco cabin located on the edge of the small village of Bellabeg in the Cairngorm National Park, in close proximity to Ballater, Braemar, Royal Deeside and on the edge of Moray. The Studio is on the east side of Glen Nochty enjoying open views of the Nochty River and the Doune of Invernochty. The village itself is a 5 minute walk away, with a local shop.
