The private woodland retreat for two adults features a two-person jacuzzi hot tub that allows you to look over the entire lake. The treehouse has a full kitchenette with a stove top oven, microwave, dining area, Fireplace with a 65-inch smart TV. The L shape sectional couch with chaise turns into a sleeper. Situated on 2.5 acres, Annikken's cabin is perfect for Large families or couples vacationing. Bring your boat or rent one at the nearby Marina. Launching facilities and swimming are also available just a 1/4 mile away at the Narrows State Park. Heber Springs is just 30 minutes East. Enjoy the spacious yard perfect for outdoor activities or just relax on the large deck while enjoying the peaceful secluded surroundings. There is TV, DVD player with movies but NO CABLE. Handicap accessible ramp.

Ample parking is available with plenty of room to park your boats and other lake toys.. There is a 24x30 covered carport with overhead lighting and electrical outlet to park boats, lake toys, ATV’s/UTV’s or vehicles if you wish. The Driveway for this property is over 20 feet wide at the road for easy backing in and out with boats, jet ski's, side by side trailers.
