Situated in a great location just 7 miles from the M50 with the historic Market towns of Ledbury, Ross on Wye and Newent only a short distance away. Westons Visitor centre is 3 miles. The property is all on one level. Offering a relaxing place to stay for families, friends and groups. Our Farm is in a very quiet peaceful setting with unspoilt views over the rolling countryside.

Relax and enjoy a stay on a smallholding in Herefordshire. The guest suite, including shower room is on the first floor, with own entrance and stairs. On the landing is a small area with facilities to make your own breakfast, including microwave and three quarter size fridge. Guests have use of a small patio area at front. Off road parking. Maple House Lodge is a 1st floor guest annex, accessed via an external staircase. Located in a quiet location on the edge of the village, with rural views and comprising an open plan sitting/dining area, with TV and a well equipped kitchen with hob, oven, sink, fridge, and cooking utensils for our self catering guests. The Haystore is a self-contained annexe to our listed Barn. It is approached down a country lane through our lovely neighbours' farm. The Haystore has been fully refurbished to provide gorgeous accommodation with direct access onto National Trust parkland and the Wye Valley AONB. Within walking distance is a farm shop, and a little further two award winning pubs. Ross-on-Wye, Symonds Yat and the Black Mountains are a short drive making us an ideal base to explore the wider area.

Hereford City Centre is within easy walking distance as are the Lugg Meadows with lovely country walks.

Quiet, luxury flat for 2 .

A large flat within a lovely, quiet Edwardian house with outstanding views of Hereford Cathedral and the Welsh Mountains. A great place to explore from or just to relax. On a summer evening enjoy a drink on the balcony and in the winter curl up by the woodburner. The flat is not ideal for very late nights out and isn’t safe for children or pets. Tea, coffee and basic breakfast items are provided.

Garden Lodge, Close to city centre, and River Wye

A lovely light airy garage conversion completed in summer 2017. Ensuite shower room. Free parking, easy walking into city centre. River Wye walks very close and public swimming pool and gym across the road. Electrical car charger half a minute away. Kettle and toaster and an under counter larder fridge in place. Use of the garden in fine weather. Host lives on site.

Amazing location and a beautiful barn conversion

The barn has brilliant views and has been beautifully furnished. It has a fully fitted kitchen with adequate seating area and access to a deck with extensive views. The living area has 2 very comfortable settees. One thing to note is that our TV does not have an aerial but we have wifi which means you can watch tv on catch up or live.
