Weavers Cottage, Mocktree Barns, nr Ludlow

Weaver's is a cosy dog friendly character cottage with open-plan living space, double bedroom and ensuite shower all on the ground level. One of a five cottage barn conversion adjacent to the host's home set amidst the beautiful Shropshire Hills and border Marches, on the edge of the Downton Castle Estate and Mortimer Forest, with walks and cycling from the doorstep. The central location is an ideal base for exploring the local area, further afield, or simply relaxing in the courtyard gardens.

The Nest is a cosy, airy refurbished self-contained eco-studio apartment in a peaceful, rural setting. Own separate entrance and self check-in. Wood-burning stove and en-suite shower room. There is a unique craftsman-built sleeping platform with double bed, extra sofa bed on ground floor. Free parking. Lovely views of the gentle rolling Herefordshire countryside. Perry's Roost, Little Catley Farm

Tastefully converted hop kiln in idyllic rural setting surrounded by unspoilt 'Hamnet set' countryside, with black and white properties. Perry's Roost is a perfect base for exploring this beautiful area, with easily accessible walks and picturesque local towns. Catley is a walkers/cyclists paradise, multiple footpaths and quiet lanes in all directions from the door . Well behaved dogs very welcome but restricted to ground floor. Bedroom sleeps 2, in either a super king bed or twin singles.

It is lined with wood creating a warm and natural ambiance and it also has a wood burner. A compact, well equipped kitchen, living space, ground floor bathroom with power shower and WC. Upstairs is a generous bedroom with Super king or twin beds, and beautiful views of rolling countryside from a picture window. Outside is a patio and fire pit.

Situated in a great location just 7 miles from the M50 with the historic Market towns of Ledbury, Ross on Wye and Newent only a short distance away. Westons Visitor centre is 3 miles. The property is all on one level. Offering a relaxing place to stay for families, friends and groups. Our Farm is in a very quiet peaceful setting with unspoilt views over the rolling countryside.

There are public country footpaths from the front of the cottage that are a walkers paradise. Alternatively, the large private gardens are perfect for relaxing. The village has a pub, shop, doctors surgery a mobile Post office, beautiful church and 16th century village hall, all within a short walk.
