Cosy 17th century Grade II listed cottage ,Totnes

Having undertaken a major modernisation the cottage retains many historical features . Sleeping 6 in 3 double bedrooms there is a large kitchen diner , sitting room with log burner , bathroom with bath and separate shower and a downstairs cloakroom . The enclosed small garden to the rear offers lovely views and the opportunity to star gaze at night . We allow flexible check in and check out times if there are no bookings either side. One dog is welcome for a booking fee of £60.

Located within a group of 200 year old farmstead barns at Higher Hendham and within easy driving distance to the sandy beaches of the South Hams and the beauty of the Dartmoor National Park, offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere,  Woodpecker Barn is conveniently located between coast and moorland.
