Plenty of space and privacy in this cottage over looking the fields and pond. Sit back and relax watching the horses and goats graze. Located minutes away from Oak Ridge/Clinton/Knoxville. Melton Hill lake has outdoor activities, restaurant & nice walking trail and is 10 minutes away. University of TN is 23 minutes away and Oak Ridge is 13 minutes. The 16’ ceilings make this 480 sq. ft. space feel enormous. The Kitchen has a full size refrigerator, keurig, microwave & single burner hot plate.

The Knoxville Little House is a recently converted 380 square-foot structure. Half of the house contains a kitchen and living space and the other half contains the bedroom and bath/laundry. This cute little house is perfect for a single guest or couple and one child. We are located in a quiet neighborhood with access to I 75 and downtown Knoxville within minutes. Enjoy the many things to see and do in and around Knoxville and then come back and relax in our little dwelling.

Gilcrest Cottage

Located behind our 1930’s farmhouse, the Gilcrest Cottage is a newly re-designed and renovated space offering privacy and peace to any traveler wanting to explore Knoxville, Powell, or Norris Lake! Perfect for couples or families of four, we would love to host you on our property as you explore East Tennessee! Please note that we do live a farm friendly lifestyle. The cottage is located next to our personal cut flower garden and our 6 chickens free range our two acres.

The Fifth Green: a studio with a golf course view

Our newly-updated studio is only 10 minutes from downtown and 5 minutes from interstate 40. The studio has stunning views of the Holston Hills Country Club golf course, which is directly across from the house. The studio is ideal for a couples that would like to share a queen-size bed but can accommodate up to four people by pulling out the sofa into a double bed. The studio offers convenient check-in available for our guests with an app-assisted private entrance.

Located on a few acres of mostly wooded land, it has that mountain cabin feel, but in an incredibly convenient location. You're only 13 miles from the Great Smoky Mountains and close to the Foothills Pkwy, Townsend, Knoxville, Maryville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg. It's a cozy spot with a patio dining area, hot tub, fire pits, porch swing, and hammocks.
