Licuala: Tropical House (300m to beach)

Licuala's Tropical House was built guided by the philosophy of simplicity and minimalism, inspired to maximise the use of space. This house sleeps 3 as the large daybed downstairs doubles up as a single bed. This is one of five hideaway homes on the estate. Each house is hidden by its own flora and fauna. Our homes were designed to give a sense of privacy and space, bringing you close to nature to rest and be inspired by. Kabalana beach is a 5min walk away.

Pradeep’s Apartment 5 minutes from Beach

Pradeep’s Apartment is a lovely 2 bedroom apartment located in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood just a few minutes walk from Mihiripenna Beach. The apartment has a back-up generator for the constant power cuts and unlimited high speed fiber optic WiFi. The beaches of Mihiripenna/ Dalawella/ Thalpe/ Unawatuna are just a few minutes away and can be easily reached by foot or even faster by scooter/ tuk tuk. Galle Fort is just 15 minutes away by scooter.
