Remodeled Home IN Old Town Steps Away From Main!

Our property is a quick 5 minute walk to Main St. and all that Downtown Park City has to offer. Peruse the local shops, taste local whiskey at the High West Distillery, or wine and dine at a any of the fine establishments Main St. has to offer. The Town Lift is also less than a 10 minute walk away while Deer Valley Resort is a 1.5 miles away(free shuttle). This is not a rental with basic items purchased just to get by. Every room has been carefully thought out and this house is very comfy.

Step back in time to Heber city 1911 . COZY home with a 1951 Chevy and local deer in the backyard. 15 minutes to Deer Valley, 25 to Park City. Heber Valley is known for its cowboy charm. Hiking, boating, fishing, cross country skiing in one of the most scenic areas in Utah. Fish at Deer Creek and the blue ribbon Provo River. Go from adventure to adventure, and then head back to the house for some small-town charm. This charming craftsman home was built in 1911. Kid and pet friendly.

Come stay in our Spa/apartment. End each day with a soak in the hot tub over looking the Provo lights. Then to the Cedar sauna for a good sweat, and then finish in the large closed shower. You'll never have a better nights sleep. Quiet, secluded area of Provo; 2 bedrooms separate from living/kitchen area. 2 bedrms and extra pull-out sofa in the Hallway. pack & play Oh, but no smoking. Nearby Main St, so very close to great restaurants, a modern grocery, coffee shops, & boutique shopping. Kitchenette (no cooktop), micro, toaster, dishes, silverware, full size fridge, for small easy meals. Well behaved pet welcome with kennel only.

Deer Valley Mountain View

This suite is in the lower level of the home accessed by the main door or rear sliding glass door. It includes a family room, 3 bedrooms and a private outdoor patio. There is a full fridge and microwave (and more) but not a full kitchen. We are 13.6 miles to Park City, 8 miles to Deer Crest gondola and 7 miles to Midway. Smiths Marketplace is 1 mile from house. My place is good for solo travelers, couples and groups as well as those who love mountain biking, hiking, skiing or golf.
