SQS is perfect for travelling singles, a couple who just want a short or long term, safe stay in a lovely, bright space that has all the amenities you could want. Why not have a comfortable stay in the heart of Mitcham with only a 30 minute train ride to town, close drive to the peninsula, pleasant scenic drive to the Yarra Valley and the Dandenongs.

This is a single room, retro-themed studio with 3 beds, a double, king single and a single trundle bed. Split system air conditioning / heating ensures comfort during your stay. The kitchen has a fridge with a small freezer, a double hot plate (suitable for reheating meals), microwave, as well as assorted pots and pans. There is a small, private bathroom with shower and toilet, a front loader washing machine. The TV provided has free to air, an Apple TV box and fast free WIFI is available.

This cosy self contained apartment is located just 5 minutes by car from the iconic 1000 stairs and just a 15 minute walk to ferntree gully train station. New listing with tv, heating and wifi. On street parking. Please note unfortunately we couldn't get more ceiling clearance when we renovated so if you are over 195cms tall this might not be the ideal place for you. Easily accessible via major motorways, you will also find shops, public transport, schools & hospitals nearby. Please note that our studio is only suitable for adults.
