The Coach House, Penzance- Cosy Nook for 2

The coach house is a listed historic building at the end of the garden of our Georgian house and dates from 1822. With its own access from the rear it is completely self contained. Entirely renovated in April 2019 following Historic England guidelines it benefits from efficient insulation and heating whilst keeping the character of traditional materials, lime plaster and paint finishes. Well situated in the heart of Penzance, quiet and private. A warm, comfortable and fun base for any season.

The cottage is decorated to a high standard and has a fully equipped kitchen and two bedrooms, one with en suite wet room. The cottage makes an excellent base with south coast beaches 10 mins drive away and St Ives 20 mins drive.

We are within a short walking distance to Penzance centre, Trengwainton National Trust gardens. We are very accessible on foot, by car or bus.
