It is 200m past the main house on the property, and completely private. Curl up with a book, feed a donkey, pour a wine, cuddle a corgi, or sit on the deck take in the country. Katoomba and the World Heritage listed national park are only 40mins away. We are surrounded by beautiful gum trees which host an array of birdlife. There are local bush walks to explore or curl up on the lounge and read a book. A glass of wine on the verandah on sunset is always a lovely way to unwind.

Nestled on a large bush block in the lower Blue Mountains is this secluded, self-contained studio with lovely views and access to a 9-metre swimming pool.
