Bay View Cottage is a fabulous ENTIRE Ulverston home extremely well suited for a romantic escape for two people or for working in the area, or working at home, great WiFi. Very peaceful here no road noise lots of bird song, cosy up and enjoy the panoramic view. Very close to town centre it has own entrance with a key safe, so arrival time can be totally flexible, and there is private parking. We use a Professional cleaning service to ensure the place sparkles. Much better than a hotel room!

It's open plan, with a wood-burning stove to keep you warm on an evening, with well-equipped kitchen and dining area. It has large windows with lots of natural light. The garden is abundant in wildlife throughout the year, and has a lovely terrace to sit out on with comfortable outdoor seating. My cottage is positioned on the edge of Burtersett, a tiny, tranquil village set away from the main road in the heart of Wensleydale. It has glorious, far-reaching views across the dale from the sitting room, sitting-out area and main bedroom. Just a 20-minute walk across gorgeous meadows to the town of Hawes and the Pennine Way, it is an ideal centre for exploring the Yorkshire Dales. There are walks in all directions from the cottage itself.

The Bothy

This stunning property is situated with in i40 acres of Adambottom Farm . The Bothy is located at the end of a line of traditional outbuildings and was once a hay barn. There is plentiful supply of wild salmon and trout to fish. A wildlife haven for many birds and wild flowers. Wensleydale boasts extensive attractions. Such as the magnificent Aysgarth Falls and splendid Bolton Castle both walkable from the Bothy .
