WE SIT ON A SMALL CANAL WITH BOAT RAMP AND DOCKAGE FOR SMALL SKIFF AVAILABLE FOR AN EXTRA FEE. BEAUTIFUL SUNSETS! VERY COZY! Welcome to Windwatch Cottage! A relaxed coastal vibe mixing old world cottage with a modern design touch. This home boasts one of the best views in the Outerbanks with direct access to the water and own pier. Sip your morning coffee with a breath-taking sunrise & experience the colorful sound sunset from the warm hot tub! Grab the paddle boards or kayak from the closet, and take in all the sound has to offer from the water. Oceanside beach, coffee shops, restaurants & bar are a short walk.

Warblers Way Guest Suite Hatteras Village

Located on 1.15 acres with owners onsite. Private guest studio connected to owners’ residence by decking. Warblers Way is tucked away amongst live oaks and marsh and is ideal for unwinding in a quiet setting while still being an easy 5 minute stroll to the beach. The property is within walking distance to the Ocracoke passenger & car ferries, Hatteras Landing, Teaches Lair Marina, Odens Dock and numerous spectacular restaurants. Easy drive to the off-road vehicle (ORV) beaches.

Surf Bus

The surf bus is a beautiful boho style cottage, with a full bed, sitting area and kitchen. The bath house is separate. To those of you that have been here before, the new location is just as magical but definitely different than the previous spot. The outdoor shower allows you enjoy sunshine, moonlight and starlight. It is also very spacious. The yard is sunny and open with a picnic table and grill. Perfect for the more adventurous:) Must be mobile and agile to enjoy :)

A Couples Hideout on Ocracoke

Our garage suite is two rooms with a beach & surfing theme. We have a detached garage and the suite is in back, separate from the house with its own entrance. There's a queen bed, tiki bar, and kitchenette. You'll be secluded with lots of cedars & bamboo around a private deck. Our place is in the heart of Ocracoke with restaurants & shops within walking or biking distance. The Ocracoke Lighthouse & Springers Point Nature Preserve are a 5-8 minute walk.

Light + Airy Frisco Apartment, Steps from Beach!

Welcome to Green Gates! This light and airy space is designed with peace and recharge in mind! This studio apartment is located just seven houses from the beach in Frisco--a quick 2 minute walk or an even quicker bike ride. Sleep well in a cozy king bed wake up and enjoy your coffee on a tucked-away patio. The space feels tucked away and is equipped with a mini fridge, griddle, waffle maker, coffee essentials, rice maker, and more. We'll see you soon!

Whether it’s renting a golf cart to explore the town, booking a fishing trip, or simply laying in the sand and swimming in the ocean all day, rest assured you can come back to this home away from home and feel at peace. A shower, AC, and a queen size bed will be waiting here for you to rest and do it all again the next day.

Just Enough! Available for short stays and Nestled right on the canal in Brigands Bay in Frisco, this 2 bed 2 bath home is the perfect spot to get a way. An open concept living, dining & kitchen area. Master bedroom has a king bed & an attached bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed & bunk beds. Down the hall is the second full bathroom. A charcoal grill is available. A fish cleaning table is available to clean the days catch!

the Surf Bug: a new-fashioned one-bedroom bungalow

Fall is finally here and it's time for cozy:) Enjoy marsh views with an ocean backdrop from the covered porch of our little modern beach house. Designed and built by us, the Surf Bug has handcrafted details and everything you might need to feel at home while away from home. The beach is just a three minute walk without crossing any streets. I am a meticulous cleaner, and the white 100% cotton bedding is percale, made in Portugal.

CABANA - HATTERAS NATIONAL SEASHORE

Situated in Hatteras Village, our cabana #33 is a free-standing studio, pet friendly condo just steps away from the beach. Enjoy a view of the ocean from the rooftop deck. The National Park Service maintains the adjacent beach which is part of Cape Hatteras National Seashore. This is the only beach in the Carolinas where you can enjoy the warmth and romance of a fire on the beach. Pets are allowed with a $75 pet fee plus tax.
