Suite is very quiet and has gas fireplace, ambient lighting, rain shower, heated floors in bathroom, large flat screen TV, high end appliances, gas BBQ, & an outdoor sitting area all at your disposal. Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac but close to swim lakes, hiking paths, golf courses, beaches, Costco, grocery stores, bakeries, restaurants, and lots more; 3-8 minutes away by car.

SuiteVista is close to Beautiful Mill Hill Park in a quiet neighborhood with a view of mountains and mighty trees. Just a 30 min walk or 6 min drive to Goldstream (the heart of Langford). Royal Roads University is only a 15 min bike ride away. The evenings are so peaceful here. During the day you hear the neighboring sounds sometimes but still peaceful most of the time. SuiteVista was just renovated. SuiteVista has its own laundry room and an electric fireplace. WiFi, Cable and Parking included.

Explore the gorgeous beach within a 5-minute walk, or meander through a majestic West Coast forest only 1 block away from the house! A 5-minute drive to shopping and restaurants. Only a 15-minute walk to Royal Roads University.

The Sea Nest - A welcoming oasis for all is located within Colwood, part of Greater Victoria. (Provincial Registration # H420984100. Municipal Licence # 5533.) A beautiful studio and patio with its own private entrance. It is 15 to 20 minutes from Victoria and is on a bus route. Walk 1/2 a block to a 3 Km beach, look across at Victoria and the Olympic Mountains and you may see otters and whales. Across Esquimalt Lagoon, a bird sanctuary, is Dunsmuir castle, part of Royal Roads University.

Just a short drive to downtown Langford and about 25 minutes to downtown Victoria. The suite has its own entrance and boasts a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living space, table for two, free wifi, in-suite laundry, baseboard heating and an AC unit to keep you comfortable!
