The property is located next to Scenic Point on Highway 7 in Jasper. The gift shop is adjacent to our property. You cannot ask for a better location for your trip to the Ozarks. You’re not far off the Highway, but you feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere due to the tranquility of the space. This is a perfect spot to call "home base" during your hiking trip to Jasper or float trip on the Buffalo National River. Also, a side note; the inside fireplace is not usable but the outside firepit is.

The Highland Hideaway (with Highland cows!)

The Highland Hideaway is a perfect place for the whole family to relax and enjoy. Four of the cutest fuzzy cows live here! A wet-weather creek is just behind the house, with a rock bluff and fire pit. There is a foos ball table and massage chair for your enjoyment after a day of hiking. The Hideaway is located 3 miles from Carver Landing. You'll be within easy access to SO MANY gorgeous places, including the national park. There is a second home on the property that can also be booked.

Pruitt Mountaintop Cabin Rental

Pruitt Mountaintop Cabin Rental is centrally located between the Buffalo River (Pruitt landing off HWY 7) and the Little Buffalo River (1/2 mile to each) and within 5 minutes to Jasper Arkansas. Float, fish, or swim the Buffalo River and be within minutes of your cabin. Our cabin connects to the Buffalo National Forest which offers some of the best hunting and hiking around. Branson Missouri is 45 minutes away with many things to see and do like Silver Dollar City, Shows, and many lakes.

Welcome to the beautiful Ozark Overlook. This newly custom built modern farmhouse is tucked away on 20 wooded acres in the heart of the Ozark Mountains. Located 5 miles down a county maintained gravel road, this quaint oasis is at the end of a graveled drive that meanders amongst tall oaks that grace the landscape. The incredible views of the mountains seem straight from a Rockwell painting. If you are looking for privacy and tranquility, the Ozark Overlook is your destination.

Enjoy this cozy cabin nestled in the heart of the Ozarks. With a view of Lost Valley and beyond, the front porch is a nice place to relax and unwind! With a full kitchen, fire pit, horseshoe pit, charcoal grill, and more we wish you to be able to vacation deliberately, comfortably, and affordably! Please hit us up with any questions and thank you! Sumerset Cottage was specifically designed to offer a place of calm and peaceful relaxation. Come enjoy the screened in sunroom then look out over a beautiful valley and remember how beautiful America really can be. Sumerset Cottage is a guest house owned and hosted by Kirt and Susan Sumers. It is a completely separate cottage although their home is approximately 120 yards away. They will give you privacy or will be glad to visit with you about the area.
