This cute little self contained studio cottage is situated in our back garden surrounded by a lovely garden and fruit trees. It has been beautifully decorated and is very well equipped. At the back of the cottage in a private fenced off area surrounded by grape vines is a spa pool for you to enjoy a romantic evening under the stars or just soothing those tired muscles. Complimentary pastries or muffins, fruit bowl, chocolates, tea, moccona coffee or plunger coffee, milo, milk & bottled water.

Although young children are welcome, please be aware that my property is not really suitable for young active children and is not fenced from the neighbours or the busy road. Welcome to sunrise on Churchill Drive. We offer a fully self contained and private apartment set on the ground floor of our home. There are vast views through to the Marine Parade, Te Mata Peak and across the city. Upon arrival you can either check yourself in with a lock box or we are happy to let you in if we are home.
