Welcome to my newly renovated house with garden and a heated pool on the southern outskirts of Vienna. You will be in the center of Vienna or on the airport in no time. The interior and the terrace is lovingly and with then help of Syntax Architects designed. Modern art, design furniture, high-speed internet, air condition, smart TV with Netflix, workspace and a modern eat-in kitchen are standard. On a total of 210 m2 space you can live comfortably and explore the extraordinary sights of Vienna.

Bruck Residence

Bruck Residence is situated in a quiet neighborhood in Bruck an der Leitha, 30 minutes away from Vienna. The Pandorf Outlet Center - to reach in just 10 minutes- a shopping paradise and great restaurants. Carnuntum Wine Region-5 minutes away by car. Have a walk through the wine yard, a lot of bike paths are waiting for you, Heuriger (local wine taverns with tasty traditional food) or buy wine from local wine producers. Other attractions-Lake Neusiedl, Family Park (both 30 min. away by car).

Fühle dich wie neugeboren, wenn du in diesem rustikalen Juwel übernachtest. Das komplett neu renovierte kleine Haus ist genau richtig, wenn du in einer ruhigen Gegend ganz in der Nähe des Flughafen eine passende Unterkunft suchst. Ich habe das Haus liebevoll komplett neu renoviert, damit es meinen Gästen sich wohlfühlen in dem Haus. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang und könnt dort alles benutzen was vorhanden ist. Falls etwas fehlen sollte, ich wohne im Nebenhaus und kann immer behilflich sein.

Willkommen im stilvoll eingerichteten Haus mit großem Garten, bestehend aus Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Einzelbett, Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa für 2 Personen, Billardzimmer, Küche und Badezimmer. Dank der direkten Schnellbahnverbindung ist man in 10 Minuten am Flughafen oder in 25 Minuten in Wien. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, familienfreundlich und direkt am Nationalpark. Hier entspannt man im Grünen und ist trotzdem schnell in Wien oder Bratislava. Buche jetzt und genieße deinen Urlaub! :-)

Großer Garten mit Terrasse, perfekt für sonnige Frühstücke oder laue Abende im Grünen. Hier findest du Ruhe und Natur, bist aber trotzdem schnell in der Stadt. The chalet is located at the edge of the forest in the medieval town of Hainburg an der Donau with a view of the Donauauen National Park. The "Donauland Carnuntum" area offers delightful hiking and biking trails, culture and culinary delicacies. Excursions to Bratislava, the Roman city of Carnuntum or the nearby Marchfeld castles by bike or boat are particularly recommended in the summer months. Or you just enjoy the tranquility of nature with romantic sunsets and let your mind wander.

Hausbót ponúka ideálne miesto pre nezabudnuteľný pobyt so svojou milovanou osobou, priateľmi alebo s deťmi. Hausbót je priestranný moderný plávajúci dom.
