Catch a glimpse of sunrise on the water from the deck or bedrooms. The house is minutes from Duchess Creek Marina, Chubby's, Inside out bar (food, drinks, pool tables), gas stations, and Dollar General. The house has wifi, shuffle table, fire pit, grill and plenty of sitting areas. Upon request, there is a dock you can tie up to, but no slip.

A very fun & family friendly lake community during the warmer months. You will have private dock access to boat slip that is 10' wide x 24' long. The dock is walking distance to the house & there is a loading ramp located just a short drive away in the neighborhood. You will also have access to the fire pit out front & a gas grill on the side.
