Our beautiful, newly renovated lake front home on Lake Hartwell offers a private dock on big water, lake views, and a short walk to the private dock. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, our lake house is set up to sleep up to 14 people. We provide kayaks for exploring the lake and exclusive rental of a 22' Bennington Tritoon stored at the boat dock for an additional daily fee of $400. Great location on Lake Hartwell w/private covered slip dock and beach area, plenty of room to roam outside in the woods or start a bon fire and roast some smores! One King Bed, Two Queen Beds, and Two Bunk Beds, Washer, Dryer and Outdoor Seating Area. Plenty of space to relax with the whole family. The owner's boat will be kept on the boat lift-guests can tie up their boat to the side of the dock. As of 4/26 the dock sits in approx 8ft. Liability Waiver must be signed re: use of dock.

This charming and spacious 2,100 SF home is very accommodating. The home is in close walking distance to the downtown area of Hartwell which hosts many restaurants, a brewery, shopping, and many community events. Also, the lake has access points with public parks, picnic areas, swimming, and boating options all within a few miles. The house has a small office area that is perfect for working. The house has fast wi-fi as well. Parking for a max of 4 vehicles only. No pets allowed.
