An open floor plan w/studio bedroom, open living area, compact kitchen, and full bath (toilet/vanity inside, shower & soaking tub outside) are privately yours. The 2-acre property provides plenty of wildlife and is peaceful and quiet, even during the busy summer months. Kayak out onto Lily Cove or enjoy deer, bald eagles, shorebirds, rabbits, foxes, and more!

Hummingbird

Hummingbird sits about 50 feet from our house and about 150 feet from the shore of Joy Bay. Looking out the windows, you only see woods and water. There are no neighbors in sight. We have a dog who sees it as her duty to give everyone an enthusiastic greeting. The building is 12x16 and has a small bathroom and kitchenette. For cooking, there is an induction cooktop, a toaster oven, and pots and pans. The patio is 10’ by 16’ and has a table with 2 chairs, a gas grill, and an outdoor cooktop.

Blueberry Dome Farmstay

Sleep under the stars nestled in our Maine Wild Blueberry patch. Just a 3 minute walk down our forest trail, this unique experience will allow you to be immersed in Maine nature and tranquility with some modern comforts. Relax in the hammock, pick a few wild blueberries, have a campfire in the chimera, and fall asleep to the stars. Enjoy comforts such as solar lights and power box, outhouse with a hot shower, sink, and basic composting toilet. Options to add meals, kayaking or farm tour.
