Apartment is located on second floor which is the last floor. There is no allevator. There is still construction going on on some units and there will be a bit of noise during the day. Due to powercuts in Zimbabwe we use a Solar geyser.There is also a 3kv solar system incase of powercuts. My number is available for phone calls before 18:00
