Beautiful oceanfront 1-bedroom cottage with a King bed. Enjoy the deck with a propane BBQ, patio furniture, and stunning views of St. Margaret's Bay. The bathroom features a 2-person jet tub and separate shower. Free high-speed Wi-Fi and Internet TV included. Newly built in 2021 as a place to hideaway in nature. Set on a private wooded 9 acre lot with lake access to Powers Pond. We have two Kayaks available for use. There are many walking trails on the property for you to explore nature! Private Hot Tub River Retreat

The “Kenzie B” cottage is a newly built cottage with unique features throughout like a sliding steel barn door, a steel shower and old barn beams along the ceiling. The covered veranda off the front of the cottage provides you with stunning views of the tidal river and a private hot tub overlooks the river as well. Swim, boat, float, whatever you wish, the river awaits! We also have a motorized floating picnic table for rent if you'd like to explore the river some more.

It is a great place to stay if you enjoy kayaking, fishing or boating as there is a boat launch just minutes away.
