Hatton Cross underground station to Heathrow and London Approx 4 miles, Ashford and Sunbury station into London, Twickenham, Windsor etc within 2 miles. Ashford High Street within 1 mile.

Close to Hampton Court our bright, airy self- contained modern garden annex is located 80 feet from our house with its own access & private, secluded garden Sleeps maximum of 4 (one double bed and a small double sofa bed.) There is also a mezzanine floor with single mattress accessed via a wooden ladder- suitable for an adventurous child but at your own risk!! Modern bathroom, We also provide a microwave, kettle, fridge, toaster, plus milk, tea and coffee. Plenty of on street parking available

A perfect couples escape with a beautiful hot tub under the trees and a wood fired sauna experience bookable as an optional extra. We are located near Box Hill so you can enjoy countryside walks with spectacular views and visit some lovely local gastropubs. We are dog friendly for an extra fee. Hampton Court is 30 minute walk and you can walk to Kingston town centre in 30 minutes along the river . Surbiton stain will take no longer than 15 minutes to walk to which can get you to central London within 25 minutes. Plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from locally You can also drive to Chessington World of Adventure in 10-15 minutes from our location
