Cozy Guest Suite in the Heart of Downtown Cincy

A cozy and bright room located at The Reserve at 4th and Race in the heart of downtown Cincinnati. You're a short walk to many restaurants and nightlife. This historic building built in 1927 was redesigned in 2012 to include 88 apartments, a fitness center, and a rooftop terrace. This private room is a quaint space that has a king bed, bathroom, desk, tv, internet, mini-fridge, microwave and a SmartLock which will only work with your code during your stay. Parking is additional.

Apartment near Creation Museum, Ark Encounter, CVG

This private apartment is on a homestead with 5 beautiful acres, secluded from the busyness of the city, while only being about a half hour from downtown Cincinnati, 12 minutes from the Creation Museum, 45 minutes from the Ark Encounter, 10 minutes from Amazon, and 15 minutes from CVG Airport. The apartment shares a wall with our house, but is completely separate with its own entrance, living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. However, you may occasionally hear our children.

Fully Private Studio basement apartment. Private entrance. Beautiful 1 acre yard with lots of trees, and a small creek. Wonderful place for birdwatching! The apartment is fully private, with a separate entrance but is attached to my personal residence. *The floor mattress is only appropriate for 5'2" and below. *The stairs to access the apartment are steep and may present problems for those with mobility issues. Long term stays on a case by case basis.

There is 1 Bedroom with Queen bed, a Queen size bed Murphy Hutch, (PLEASE notify me if you need to set up) 2couches and a twin air mattress. Private suite on ground level of house (private entrance) in beautiful Park Hills. You have your own parking right next to your entrance.

Six miles to Riverbend. And there's a backyard city view.
