t is a home away from home for 2-7 days stay in historical Buck Springs Division. Family picnic area, playground, nature trails, pier fishing and/or charter fishing on the Roanoke river. Imagine sipping lemonade on the long front porch, watching the moon rise and/or the sun setting on Lake Gaston. Start a fire in the fire pit, put fresh fish catch and fresh vegetables on the grill, while watching a movie using the screen and projector. HOT TUB ADDED FOR AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF $ 25 per day.

We are 15 minutes from: historic Tarboro (fine dining, local brewery, oyster bar, boutique shopping, grocery stores and Starbucks), Sylvan Heights Bird Park, Indian Lakes Sports Complex and 20 minutes from the Rocky Mount Sports Complex. Perfect for short-term vacations, visiting family and friends, or business stays. For safety and security, a Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front entrance. It only monitors the entryway outside.

The Stowe Away

The Stowe Away is just outside of Battleboro. It is connected with The Stowe Away 2 like apartments but they are completely separate houses. This house has four bedrooms, two and one half baths, laundry room and an open living dining and kitchen. It has a large fenced in pool area that you can relax in. The pool and the pool area is shared between the The Stowe Away and The Stowe Away 2...There is a gas grill in the pool area that both houses can use....Also there is a gas fire pit.

Downstairs is a nearly full eat in kitchen (only missing a stove) and the spacious bathroom with stand up shower. A grill is also available on the large covered porch. Guests have access to large covered porch, playground and yard area. Farm chores done 2 times daily. Pets allowed with fee.

Relax with the family at this beautiful Roanoke Rapids Lakehouse featured on VisitNC (link included in pictures). Bring your own boat to fish or ski the day away, with the ability to moor it up at the boathouse for easy everyday use. Make memories with everyone on the floats, kayaks, paddleboard, peddleboat, or enjoy a family dip in the pool catching the sunset. Dogs are welcome for a pet fee (2 dog max).
