A small shopping center, Krossmói, is only 8 minutes away on foot, offering a supermarket, pharmacy, bank (ATM), restaurants, and other shops. The local bus stop is also nearby (outdoor, no kiosk). Welcome to the newly renovated farmhouse in Esjuberg, where you sleep by the roots of the mountain. This house truly has it all, from a beautiful ocean view, horses in the backyard, and a phenomenal view over Reykjavik. Esjuberg plays a big part in a very interesting Icelandic Viking story called the Kjalnesinga Saga. In this story, a woman named Esja lived here along with her foster son Búi, who became a very mighty man.

The cabins are located in a remote area 15 minutes from Keflavik International Airport. The setting is on the Atlantic coastline so you can expect a nourishing breeze. All cabins come with a private hot tub. Cabins suit you well if you want to lay back & relax in nature. There is no light pollution around the cabins so it‘s a great place to see the Aurora borealis.
