Located right on Laugavegur the main street The apartment is new renovated and all the furniture was bought new in July 2021. The apartment is ca 100 sq meters (1070 sq ft). The apartment comes with two big bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom is sleek and has a fully equipped washing room with a washer and dryer. This apartment has a private entrance is 60 m2 , it has a 2 x 90 cm single beds that can be put together to make a king size bed. The living room has a big sofabed that is 140x200 cm and there is a 40 inch smart tv . Kitchen is well equipped for home cooking. Bathroom is spacious and has a shower. The location is amazing , close to city's main attractions ,main bus station, tour pick ups .

Íbúðin er í rólegu og grónu hverfi. Hún er í sama húsi og heimili okkar og það er sameiginlegur inngangur. Ókeypis bílastæði. Stór útisundlaug er í 5 mín. göngufæri einnig bakarí og matvöruverslun. Sky Lagoon er í göngufæri (10 mín.) frá húsinu. Stutt ganga (10 mín.) að strætóstöð Kópavogs í Hamraborg. Við erum staðsett 7 km. frá miðbæ Reykjavíkur.
