By car, Stansted airport is 23 minutes, Cambridge city centre is 25 minutes and the Science parks are 20 minutes away from the studio.

Charming refurbished Victorian cottage in a tranquil riverside setting with a private garden bordered by the River Cam/Granta on the old mill run at Whittlesford Mill. It is 6 miles from Cambridge, Duxford IWM is 2 miles away and there is a mainline station - Cambridge (10 minutes), London Liverpool Street (1 hour). The village has a gastro pub called The Tickell Arms, a restaurant called Provenance and The Red Lion. Saffron Walden is 8 miles away where Audley End House can also be found.

The studio has a small kitchen with microwave-oven or options to eat out in our local curry house or lovely village pubs! The local Chinese and Indian do a prompt takeaway service!

We’re just a short walk from St Botolph's Church, close to the fabulous gastro pub The Three Hills (named after the 3 Roman burial mounds in the area), and a 10 min drive from Saffron Walden which won best place to live in the U.K. 2025 (The Sunday Times). Saffron Grange Vineyard is a 7 min drive away, Audley end 20 mins and Cambridge is a 30 min drive away.
