Beautiful spacious garden house close to the beach. A unique opportunity to stay in a romantic and spacious garden house in a beautiful and quiet residential area in Wassenaar, a suburb of The Hague. This place is ideal for visiting the cities of Leiden, The Hague, Delft, Amsterdam & Rotterdam. The nearest beaches are Wassenaarse slag & Scheveningen, both a short distance away and easily reached by bicycle or by car. Public transport is a 3-minute walk away. Het huisje beschikt over een gezellige woonkamer en open keuken, alwaar vloerverwarming is. Een TV is aanwezig, welke alleen te gebruiken is met de Chromecast(is aanwezig). Douche en toilet zijn aanwezig. Boven is er slaapgelegenheid voor 3 personen. Ook kunt u zitten op onze sfeervolle veranda; leuk om te ontbijten, eten of een boek te lezen. In de tuin zijn meerdere knusse hoekjes om in te zitten. Komt u met de boot? Geen probleem, naast het huisje is er de mogelijkheid uw boot aan te leggen.

It is beautifully situated: on a quiet, spacious park (Sollasi), 2 km from the beach, near a recreational lake and close to cosy villages and cities (such as Noordwijk, Zandvoort, Leiden, Haarlem, Amsterdam and The Hague). So plenty to do but also lovely to "come home" to after a day at the beach or an outing.

Along (swimming) canal, 10 minutes from Amsterdam

Ilpendam is a picturesque village 10 minutes' drive from Amsterdam. In the morning, you see the sun rise on the horizon, in the evening you dine on the jetty by the water while grebes and coots swim by. From this oasis of calm, you can explore the beautiful Waterland region or visit the bustling city. Every 5 minutes a bus goes to Amsterdam and within 15 minutes you are in the city centre.

Aan de achterzijde ligt een terras aan het water. Centraal gelegen, op ± 10 minuten rijden van strand, zee, bos en goede uitvalswegen naar Den Haag, Delft, Rotterdam en Amsterdam.
