Welcome to our beautiful mountain home with easy skiing access, between Glenwood and Aspen/Snowmass ski resort. A great spot to relax in the hot tub after a long day of skiing or hiking. This 3 bed / 2.5 bath home has an amazing backyard/deck with hot tub, fire pit, and grill. Recently added blackout curtains to all bedrooms. The inside is mountain modern with comfy couches, kitchen amenities, and ping pong table! Enjoy the tennis courts, golf course and walking/biking trails with river access.

The apartment is locked off from the main residence with private access and a fenced in backyard. Premises does have 2 parking spaces available but may accommodate a trailer or camper with notice. This is just a good feeling old house. It lives well. With each guest it is my hope you enjoy the house and visit. Airbnb is now + fees to my daily price. I lowed my price $15 daily to off set guest cost. Kitchen has everything. Laundry in basement. Great space on huge deck. Park your car and be a local! Mountains surround you. Its a charmer! Quiet neighborhood in the original town site of Glenwood Springs. City permit is 18-011. Reconsider children under 10 art and antiques not for play.
