A ház egy csendes, barátságos utcában található a Káli-medencében, Mindszentkállán, ahol a különleges életérzés mellett, túraútvonalak, fagyizó, pincészetek és egyedülállóan szép táj vár benneteket. A házban 3 lakás található, közös kerttel. A lakás 50 m2-es, egy hálószoba és amerikai konyhás nappali található benne. 4 férőhelyes, a hálóban franciaágy, míg a nappaliban kanapéágy található.
