In the winter, Crested Butte Ski resort and Monarch Mountain are 45 minutes away.

Must be comfortable on your knees because it’s a low headroom situation. There is a main level futon sofa sleeper too if need be. Each side (north and south) is private (no shared walls or entrance) but patio is shared. Secluded by national forest on 3 sides but <15 mins to downtown Salida, CO.

An approximately 800 sq ft cabin. Comfortably sleeps 4, can sleep 5 adults; extra beds for children. Spectrum Internet & TV are provided. Kitchen has a full size refrigerator & stove, pots, pans & dishes. Free washer & dryer available. Open living area has a day bed with trundle. Upstairs loft has a queen bed & queen futon. Backyard is fenced for children and/or dog(s) (dogs require permission). Private Gunnison River frontage is out the back gate. You can fish or relax & enjoy the view.
